Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using HouseDealsAI ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

HouseDealsAI provides a membership platform that includes AI prompts, step-by-step playbooks, and educational resources for real estate investors. The Service is intended to provide tools and information — not investment advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using HouseDealsAI, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Membership and Billing

HouseDealsAI offers a monthly subscription at $47/month (founding member pricing). Billing is handled securely through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. No Guarantee of Results

HouseDealsAI provides tools, prompts, and educational content. We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to deals found, leads generated, or income earned. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within HouseDealsAI — including prompts, playbooks, and written materials — is the property of HouseDealsAI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to share your account credentials with others, to scrape or copy content for redistribution, or to engage in any conduct that disrupts the Service or other users' experience.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HouseDealsAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
